The Senior Software Engineer in the Productivity Engineering team will be responsible for enhancing engineering processes' efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities include collaborating with engineering leadership to develop strategies for productivity enhancement, automating testing frameworks, optimizing release processes, utilizing monitoring tools for system performance insights, and mentoring engineers on best practices.
The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, 6+ years of software engineering experience, proficiency in scripting and automation, experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Bonus qualifications include experience with AI/ML systems, container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
The company's tech stack includes Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, C# .NET, PyTorch, Cypress, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GCP services.

The base salary ranges from $114,400 to $206,400/year for US residents, CA$140,000 to CA$210,000/year for Canadian residents, and £93,600 to £144,000/year for UK residents, with equity included.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
