• As a Senior Software Engineer II, Provider Experience, you will lead a team to enhance the experience for caregivers and patients on the platform.
• Your responsibilities will include designing and building features that assist families in navigating dementia care complexities.
• Daily tasks will involve writing code, making technology choices, reviewing peers' code, and mentoring fellow engineers.
• You will own deliverables, identify roadblocks, and suggest course corrections as needed.

Requirements:

• You must have 6+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in building web applications in healthcare.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL is required.
• Experience in building full-stack user-facing features for web applications with a focus on performance optimization and security is essential.
• Proficiency in HL7 FHIR and integrating with EHR/EMR systems is necessary.
• You should have experience leading technical design discussions and providing guidance on best practices and architecture principles.
• Experience in designing and implementing both REST and GraphQL APIs, as well as PostgreSQL databases, is required.
• Knowledge of compliance and health data privacy standards, such as HIPAA or HITRUST, is a plus.
