Description:

• Wiser Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer proficient in Python to join their high-performing team responsible for handling over 200 million transactions daily.
• The selected candidate will work on crawling data from thousands of domains globally using tools like domain-driven design, event sourcing, CQRS, etc., to ensure high availability of services.
• The role involves contributing to distributed system design, optimization, and data integration to address complex challenges related to performance and scale.
• Essential functions include focusing on delivering high-value solutions, executing efficiently, maintaining high-quality code, collaborating effectively, communicating clearly, and bringing new ideas to the table.
• Technologies used include Python, Nodejs, AWS, Kubernetes, Postgres, MongoDB, GraphQL, and more.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience is required.
• Proficiency in architecting and delivering solutions within a distributed software platform is necessary.
• Strong skills in building high-performance, scalable applications using Python and Node Js are essential.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying robust full-stack web applications and APIs using NodeJs, Python, Mongo, and AWS is a must.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize work effectively, and adapt to changing business needs is required.
• Solid understanding of AWS, Linux, infrastructure concepts, observability, and monitoring tools is necessary.
• Experience in conducting testing, optimizing application performance, deploying applications on AWS, and troubleshooting production issues is essential.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills are required.
