GameChanger is a remote-first tech company focused on improving youth sports experiences through technology.
The Senior Software Engineer in Quality Engineering will enhance automated testing and Quality Engineering practices.
This role involves collaborating with developers to identify testing gaps and improve testing workflows by creating standardized frameworks and shared libraries.
Responsibilities include pioneering new testing strategies, leading the design and deployment of testing frameworks, and collaborating with engineering leaders and QA teams.
The engineer will improve the stability of testing suites, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high-quality development standards.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in testing using Kotlin and/or Swift.
Extensive experience with various testing practices, including unit, integration, and UI testing, is required.
Proven ability to design and execute large-scale shared libraries and integrate external libraries into existing codebases is necessary.
Candidates should be able to mentor and train engineers on reliability tactics, including creating documentation and leading training sessions.
