Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in Java testing best practices, emphasizing scalability.
The ability to evaluate code quality and recommend automation improvements is essential.
Expertise in test data management, including tools like WireMock and TestContainers, is required.
Experience with test observability, including dashboards and automated quality reporting, is necessary.
Candidates should be able to balance reliability, coverage, and maintainability in testing solutions.
Deep knowledge of Java testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and performance testing tools (Gatling, JMeter) is required.
