Description:
As a Senior React Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing the internal SaaS platform and developing client-facing applications to drive business outcomes.
Collaborate closely with the Product and UX team to accelerate the development lifecycle and ensure applications are intuitive, responsive, and integrated with core APIs and third-party solutions.
Engage in strategic planning, collaborate with senior management, and mentor other developers to maintain delivery speed and quality of web applications.
Work on Polaris, a modern data and marketing intelligence platform, empowering marketing teams with new insights and performance gains.
Foster a culture of engineering excellence by implementing cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in React development practices.
Requirements:
7-9 years of software development experience with a strong focus on React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Expertise in building and maintaining complex React applications.
Proficiency in state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
Mastery of front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API integrations.
Familiarity with backend technologies, preferably Django, for effective collaboration on API integration.
Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
Experience with deployment pipelines like GitHub Actions for enforcing code quality and standards.
Strong command of agile methodologies, continuous integration, and test-driven development.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
