The position is for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in React at 3Pillar in the Czech Republic, offering a full-time remote work option.
The role involves collaborating with industry leaders and working on transformative projects that impact urban living, media channels for enterprises, and healthcare innovation.
Responsibilities include facilitating communication with client stakeholders, crafting high-quality client code, participating in project planning and estimation, gathering requirements, and presenting developed features.
The engineer will engage in agile software development practices, mentor other engineers, and drive project delivery from conceptualization to deployment.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a React Developer is required.
Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is essential, along with in-depth knowledge of frontend development principles.
Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is necessary.
Candidates should have expertise in Object-Oriented Programming principles and high-level design proficiency using UML / C4 / ArchiMate.
Experience in creating scalable and performant enterprise-level systems is required, along with a good understanding of SOLID principles and familiarity with OWASP.
Proficiency in English is mandatory, and candidates should demonstrate mentoring capabilities and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
