Description:
We invite an experienced and proactive Software Engineer with extensive full-stack development expertise to join our team.
You will leverage your skills to help us develop a new subproduct within the clientβs portfolio β a robust human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll, offering genuine value to customers worldwide.
In this role, you'll join a global team of talented specialists working on an exciting new component of the client's HCM system β the Time & Attendance functionality.
You will help implement new product features and maintain existing functionality.
You will assess technical solutions, identify potential risks, and suggest improvements.
You will collaborate with the team to estimate and break down project work.
You will actively participate in bug-fixing efforts to ensure optimal system performance.
You will help create and maintain documentation for technical solutions.
You will implement improved architectural design methods and practices.
You will expand your technical knowledge to stay updated with industry trends.
You will assist in mentoring junior developers from other teams.
Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
You must have 5+ years of experience with PHP development; solid knowledge of Zend or willingness to switch from frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
You should have API integration experience.
You must possess an upper-intermediate English level.
You should have effective communication and collaboration skills for proactive team and stakeholder interaction.
You must have experience communicating in English with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
You should have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
You must demonstrate adaptability, autonomy, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability.
Desirable qualifications include strong MongoDB expertise, experience with cloud service providers (preferably Jira), experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps), and experience working in distributed teams and mentoring junior developers.
