Description:

• We invite an experienced and proactive Software Engineer with strong PHP and React.js skills to join our team.
• You will play a key role in developing a new subproduct within our client’s portfolio, which is a robust human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll, offering genuine value to customers worldwide.
• Collaborate with the team on system enhancements and new product features.
• Help reduce technical debt by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing improvements.
• Take part in reviewing and assessing technical solutions.
• Work with the team to estimate and break down project tasks.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Contribute to bug-fixing and troubleshooting.
• Continuously improve your technical knowledge, learn new technologies, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of commercial experience with PHP and knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Zend, Laravel, or Symfony.
• Proven experience in frontend development with React.js is required.
• Strong MongoDB skills are necessary.
• Experience with unit testing is essential.
• An upper-intermediate English level is required.
• You should possess effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are a must.
• Desirable skills include .NET skills and practical experience.
