Description:
We are seeking a talented, flexible, and proactive full-stack Software Engineer with strong React.js and PHP skills to join our team as a technical lead.
In this role, you will drive the development of a fast-growing food tech platform that connects food producers with hotel clients to offer customized, branded meal experiences.
You will help scale the platform by shaping our technology strategy and leveraging your expertise to support rapid growth.
You will lead a talented engineering team while shaping the platform’s tech strategy and preparing it for rapid growth with modern tools such as React.js, Svelte, and Tailwind.
You will be responsible for overseeing new feature development, optimizing the platform for growth, and managing third-party development partners.
Requirements:
You must have 5+ years in a senior tech leadership role.
Experience leading third-party/distributed teams is required.
You should have expertise in backend development using PHP and Laravel.
You must also have expertise in frontend development using React.js, Svelte, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and Docker is necessary.
Experience with PostgreSQL, microservices, and API integration is required.
A strong understanding of CI/CD (GitHub Actions) is essential.
You should have knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance.
Strong leadership, project coordination, and time/resource management skills are required.
You must have a proven ability to lead tech teams, delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
An upper-intermediate+ English level is necessary.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and business teams are required.
You should be able to multitask effectively and work independently or with minimal supervision.
Desirable qualifications include startup experience, particularly in fintech or restaurant tech domains, and familiarity with integrating third-party services.
