3PILLAR GLOBAL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in React and .Net to join their Product Development team in India.
The role is full-time and remote, focusing on building breakthrough software products that drive digital business growth.
Key responsibilities include facilitating communication with client stakeholders, crafting high-quality client code, participating in planning and estimation efforts, gathering requirements, executing complex activities, promoting client success through collaboration, engaging in agile software development, mentoring others, and driving project delivery independently.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in React, .Net core, ASP.Net, Docker, and SQLServer, with a balanced expertise in both React and .Net.
A proven track record in developing microservices and setting up local environments is required.
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing large volume, high availability enterprise applications is essential.
Strong knowledge of exception handling, data structures, multi-threaded programming, memory management, and application tuning is necessary.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience in Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming principles, high-level design using UML/C4/ArchiMate, and familiarity with SOLID principles is required.
Knowledge of ORM technologies, unit testing, and design patterns is essential, along with experience in RDBMS like Oracle/SQLServer.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
