Description:
The Senior Software Engineer will be part of the Release Infrastructure team at Reddit, responsible for continuous integration, continuous deployment, source control, code review, code search, and internal developer tools.
The role involves identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance developer efficiency, confidence, and service reliability.
Responsibilities include building tools and infrastructure to streamline code writing, testing, and shipping processes.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in driving high-impact projects aligned with company strategy.
3+ years of industry experience in large-scale distributed systems and improving highly scalable serving systems.
Previous work in developer experience or productivity spaces, including developer tools, libraries, and frameworks.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Drone, BuildKite, Github Actions, Kubernetes, and cloud providers (AWS, GCP).
Demonstrated ability to lead large projects requiring cross-team collaboration and strong communication skills.
Focus on user experience, scalability, and quality, with a history of mentorship and technical leadership.
