Description:
- Puzzle is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work remotely in Latin America.
- The role involves focusing on front-end development with contributions to backend tasks, particularly the Shared Threads and Comments project.
- The position requires splitting work between frontend (60%) using React and backend (40%).
- Responsibilities include mentorship, problem-solving, code reviews, timely delivery of project features, collaboration with various teams, backend support, web application development, system design, and project delivery.
Requirements:
- Must have 8+ years of development experience with a focus on front-end technologies.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Electron is required.
- Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Java, Python, Go, Ruby on Rails (RoR), or Elixir.
- Knowledge of Postgres for database management and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain web applications, strong problem-solving skills, and clear technical communication.
- Experience in system design and articulating architectural decisions.
