Jobgether is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work remotely from Argentina.
This role involves building workflow automation and productivity tools for a B2B platform.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications to automate workflows and improve business efficiency.
The engineer will write clean, scalable code using modern languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
The role involves building intuitive user interfaces with frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
The engineer will architect backend systems using Node.js or similar technologies, ensuring performance and scalability.
Collaboration with Product and Design teams is essential to deliver features aligned with customer needs.
The engineer will implement and optimize KPIs for performance, system uptime, and delivery velocity.
Mentoring junior developers, leading code reviews, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing are also key accountabilities.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in software development with proven full-stack capabilities.
Strong proficiency in at least two of the following languages is required: Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, Rust, Erlang, or TypeScript.
Solid experience with React.js or Vue.js for frontend development is necessary.
A deep understanding of backend development using Node.js or similar frameworks is essential.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is required.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are a must.
Prior experience in a US-based startup and/or larger tech company is highly desirable.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience, is required.
