Remote Senior Software Engineer - Remote US

Description:

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining software products.
• Develop and maintain high-quality software code to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Define technical, operational, and security project requirements.
• Collaborate with other teams to establish best practices for software development.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with modern frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js, Express.js) JavaScript development.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in modern frontend technologies like React, ES6/7 JavaScript, Webpack, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in modern backend development technologies including Node.js, ExpressJS, SQL (Aurora Postgres), and AWS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with software development tools like GitHub and JIRA.
• Experience with cloud-based development and deployment, particularly AWS.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching software engineers.
