The position is for a Senior Software Engineer on the Billing & Expansion Team, located in the United States.
This role involves shaping the billing infrastructure and pricing capabilities of a fast-growing AI platform.
The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance customer experience and support revenue goals.
The work will impact how customers evaluate, purchase, and manage subscriptions.
Responsibilities include designing and scaling a robust billing infrastructure, developing pricing and licensing features, improving data systems for accurate billing, building internal tools for customer-facing teams, mentoring peers, and delivering high-quality code.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong foundation in system design and development.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, or TypeScript is required.
Experience in collaborating cross-functionally, particularly with Product, Finance, and Data teams, is essential.
A customer-focused mindset is necessary to align technical solutions with business goals.
Experience with billing, licensing, or metering systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to mentor others and contribute to team growth are important.
