Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying production-ready software using Ruby and frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, along with some familiarity or willingness to work with modern front-end technologies like React and Typescript.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality, reliable software is essential, with a preference for engineers who engage in side projects, contribute to open-source, or publish technical content.
Deep expertise in backend development is required, including understanding API design, data modeling, performance optimization, and security best practices while maintaining a focus on user experience.
You should demonstrate versatility and a willingness to learn, being primarily focused on backend tasks but comfortable stepping into front-end or infrastructure roles as needed.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills are necessary, as you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product experiences.
Bonus skills include experience with Ruby on Rails, Python, React, and Typescript.
