Remote Senior Software Engineer – Rust

Description:

• Collaborate with engineers and other leaders at CloudWalk to maintain and improve the ledger based on EVM and Home Bank solution.
• Discuss and debate architecture strategies to provide solutions for customers.
• Assist in enhancing the team's technical productivity, reliability, and simplicity.
• Lead the development and maintenance of automated test suites and troubleshoot production issues.
• Mentor and support engineers on the team to help them advance in their careers.
• Evaluate and implement necessary software tools, processes, and metrics.
• Actively participate in engineering-wide initiatives at CloudWalk.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing critical infrastructure and working with cloud providers like GCP, AWS, and terraform.
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
• Familiarity with the Brazilian payments ecosystem, including installments, SPI, SPB, CIP, etc.
• Proficiency in developing software using Rust and its ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced English communication skills for internal communication within a diverse, multinational team.
