Description:

Collaborate with engineers and other leaders at CloudWalk to design and develop our ledger based on EVM and Home Bank solution.
Discuss and debate architecture strategies to achieve solutions for our customers.
Help and improve the team to achieve unparalleled technical productivity, reliability, and simplicity.
Lead in developing and sustaining automated test suites, diving deep into debugging production issues, and designing and developing load tests, benchmarks, tools, and procedures to ensure reliability.
Help and nurture engineers on the team, guiding them to scale new heights in their careers.
Evaluate and deploy essential software tools, processes, and metrics.
Actively contribute to CloudWalk's engineering-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

Has operated critical infrastructure and partnered with renowned cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, and Terraform.
Possesses excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, NoSQL, ORM technologies, and primarily the Rust ecosystem.
Has some knowledge of the Brazilian payments ecosystem, including installments, SPI, SPB, CIP, etc.
Is proficient in developing software using Rust.
Communicates outstandingly well.
Has advanced English communication skills, primarily for internal communication with our diverse, multinational team.
