The responsibilities of the position include ensuring the quality of deliveries through automated testing and code observability, developing systems based on Unico's engineering principles, actively participating in product discussions and technical direction, ensuring simplicity, efficiency, maintainability, and code reuse, proposing improvements and new technologies, disseminating engineering culture, refining complex problems into simple, scalable solutions, delivering valuable code consistently, designing simple solutions and effectively communicating their relevance, ensuring documentation of applications and architectural decisions, assisting less experienced developers in solving complex problems, participating in the entire development process, and supporting decisions on team restructuring or creation based on business needs and architectural strategy.

Requirements:

Candidates must have solid experience in a programming language.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture, clean architecture, and microservices is required.
Availability to work with different technologies is necessary.
Experience with Cloud technologies is essential.
Familiarity with APM tools (such as Newrelic, Instana), code instrumentation, and observability is required.
Candidates should have experience with development workflows using git, code review, and testing, as well as CI/CD practices.
Administration of relational databases, particularly SQL Server, and non-relational databases is required.
Defensive development skills are necessary.
Knowledge of network protocols, especially HTTP, is required.
It is a differential if candidates have experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
Experience with Kubernetes and knowledge of infrastructure as code is a plus.
