Description:
Webflow is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their Structure group, focusing on enabling customers to design and build powerful websites visually.
The position is remote-first, available to candidates in the United States and parts of Canada, and is a full-time, permanent, exempt role.
The cash compensation is based on geographic market zones, with specific salary ranges provided for the U.S. and Canada.
The role includes participation in Webflow's company-wide bonus program, which is based on company performance.
Responsibilities include collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers to build product capabilities, documenting and testing production code, participating in engineering activities, solving technical problems, and tackling complex challenges within a distributed team.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in shipping features and products, particularly with web frameworks.
An interest in the Web Platform, visual development, and building software frameworks is essential.
Candidates should be adept at solving large technical problems collaboratively and be comfortable debugging production issues across services.
A strong understanding of data design and modeling is required.
Familiarity with technologies such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, AWS Lambdas, and server-rendering complex React applications at scale is necessary.
Candidates should have experience communicating trade-offs throughout projects to meet technical and business requirements.
Comfort in working within an agile, safe-to-fail environment is expected.
