Description:

  • The company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (The Code Maestro) to lead engineering efforts, design scalable systems, and mentor junior developers.
  • The role involves taking ownership of key projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping the technical direction of the company.
  • Responsibilities include software architecture and design, project leadership, mentorship and team development, problem-solving and debugging, collaboration with cross-functional teams, code quality and best practices, and continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, C++, Go, or JavaScript, with a deep understanding of object-oriented design, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Software Architecture: Experience in designing scalable, high-performance systems and leading the development of complex applications.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers, leading code reviews, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent debugging skills, creative problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
  • Database and API Knowledge: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, API design (RESTful, GraphQL), and optimizing databases for performance and scalability.
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, with certifications or coursework in advanced programming, system architecture, or cloud computing as a plus.
  • Experience Requirements: 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency in frontend and backend technologies, modern development frameworks, and DevOps practices.
