Requirements:

• Strong software engineering skills with lead experience preferred.
• Proficiency in languages like C/C++, Go, Zig, Rust, Java, Scala, Python.
• Experience in low latency and high throughput optimization.
• Familiarity with messaging queues, data-oriented mindset, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of algorithms, distributed systems, scalability, databases, and concurrency control.
• Skills in system design, object-oriented data modeling, and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with Order Management systems (OMS) and Risk Management systems (RMS).
