The Voice Team is responsible for ensuring high-quality voice communication, managing services like open-source Asterisk and Kamailio, and developing the VOIP platform.
Responsibilities include building and operating voice platform services in an AWS environment, integrating third-party AI tools, maintaining infrastructure, automating processes, improving security, and collaborating across teams on best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates should have knowledge of at least two programming languages, preferably Node.js and Golang.
Familiarity with AWS and Linux server administration is required.
Understanding of network protocols is necessary, and knowledge of VoIP is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills are essential.
Candidates should have a breadth of DevOps experience in building tools and frameworks, with an understanding of continuous deployment processes.
A commitment to teamwork is important.
