Description:

  • Join a team developing and maintaining fintech products for a leading payment processing solution provider in the US
  • Lead a delivery team in a new sub-project, ensuring support, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Enhance technical skills in payment processing and improve English proficiency through daily communication with US-based teams
  • Lead the team throughout the software development life cycle, staying hands-on with coding
  • Oversee staffing, onboard new members, and ensure the team's work meets the client's technical expectations
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to fill in the product backlog and integrate the team into the client's business processes
  • Provide mentoring, support, and training to team members, conduct performance reviews, and bring cross-team projects into production
  • Produce high-quality code for new features and services

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of software development experience and 6+ months of Team Lead experience
  • Proficiency in design principles, threading, real-time processing, SQL Server DB queries, and performance tuning
  • Experience in a cloud environment (Microsoft Azure) and Microservices architecture
  • Strong knowledge of REST API, .NET, Vue.js, and SQL databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level
  • Proactive and analytical mindset with demonstrated maturity, reliability, and accountability
  • Desirable: Experience in leading, coaching, and training developers, conducting peer performance reviews, and familiarity with SAFe methodology
