As a Web Security Researcher at Trackstreet, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the research and development of advanced data-gathering solutions.
You will collaborate with a team of skilled researchers and developers to explore cutting-edge technologies and techniques to empower our products and redefine industry standards.
Your responsibilities will include leading innovation by researching and developing advanced data-gathering solutions and scraping infrastructure to meet evolving client needs.
You will analyze and reverse engineer intricate web structures and APIs, devising strategies to navigate anti-scraping mechanisms and optimize data extraction.
Implementing best practices for data collection, processing, and quality assurance to maximize efficiency and accuracy at scale will be part of your role.
You will monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions and product roadmaps.
Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert, mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation and learning.

Requirements:

You must have proven expertise in research teams focusing on web data extraction, reverse engineering, or browser technologies.
Proficiency in Golang (preferred) and JavaScript is required.
A strong understanding of browser internals and experience in reverse engineering complex web structures and APIs is essential.
You should possess analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation in web data gathering.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing both short- and long-term research projects are necessary.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams are required.
