Description:

The position is for a Senior Software Engineer on the Workflows Platform team, working remotely from San Francisco, California.
You will play a key role in shaping the architecture and scaling the product to meet the needs of an expanding customer base.
The focus will be on designing solutions for complex customer challenges, optimizing workflows, and ensuring low-latency, high-performance services.
Your contributions will enhance both the customer experience and internal development processes.
You will partner with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful features and maintain a reliable platform.
Accountabilities include architecting and implementing scalable solutions, developing and maintaining high-availability workflow services, collaborating with product management, working closely with other engineering teams, and driving improvements in engineering practices.

Requirements:

You must have 6+ years of experience in designing and delivering highly-available services.
A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
You should have expertise in high-volume, high-throughput services.
Experience with data pipelines, data modeling, and data warehousing is necessary.
Proficiency in RESTful services, web technologies, and Java is required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset are essential.
