• The technology stack includes a React UI interfacing with GraphQL, REST, and WebSockets, backed by Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• The role involves leading a team of software engineers to develop defining products and features for the platform.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, setting priorities, defining processes, growing team skills, and participating in system architecture design and code reviews.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading the development of critical product features with high technical and design standards.
• Strong technical background in building full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency in cloud computing systems like GCP and AWS, as well as SAAS concepts.
