Description:

The Senior Software Engineer will be part of the Monitoring & Alerting team, focusing on building AI-enhanced products at Fullstory.
This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States.
The engineer will architect and advocate for the necessary infrastructure to support AI-related applications.
They will lead the team in implementing AI-related architecture and research, experiment with, and deploy LLM-powered features using effective LLM Ops strategies.
The position involves developing backend systems, working with vector databases, and managing data models for efficient AI representation and parsing.
The engineer will collaborate with design, product management, and other engineers to enhance AI features to better serve customer needs.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining autonomous AI systems in production, including LLMs or RAG systems.
A strong interest and track record in staying updated with the latest developments in the AI space is required, along with the ability to apply that knowledge to systems design.
Proficiency and experience in a backend programming language such as Go, C++, Rust, or Java are necessary.
Experience and proficiency in data preprocessing, data mining, and data analysis are required.
It is a plus to have expertise in database design, implementation, and optimization.
