Description:
We are seeking a skilled Solidity Engineer with a strong background in blockchain technology to join our dynamic team.
This position plays a critical role as we continue to innovate and scale our blockchain platform.
As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing decentralized applications (DApps) and smart contracts for our new EVM chains.
Your expertise will drive the next generation of Kadena solutions, accelerating product development and providing transformative tools to our users.
This position reports directly to our Solutions Manager, offering opportunities for growth and impact within the role and the company.
You will design, develop, and optimize scalable and secure smart contracts using Solidity.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new solutions.
You will develop smart contracts with Ethereum-compatible protocols on Kadena's layer 1 blockchain.
You will ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of our solutions.
You will conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor non-solidity developers.
You will stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into solutions.
You will write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
You will participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the design of our infrastructure.
Requirements:
You should have 3-5 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Solidity and smart contract development.
You must have proven experience working with blockchain technologies, decentralized protocols, and consensus algorithms.
A solid understanding of software development principles, concurrency, and distributed systems is required.
Experience with functional programming languages and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatibility is a plus.
You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
A BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

This role has an annual starting salary range of $150,000 - $190,000, influenced by individual skills and experience.
