Description:

The Senior Solution Architect will work remotely in Europe for Sanity.io, a modern content operating system.
This role involves ensuring enterprise customers are successful and satisfied with Sanity's services.
Responsibilities include leading customized onboarding workshops for customers, developing relationships with technical and product stakeholders, and meeting regularly with customers to demonstrate new features.
The architect will collaborate with account managers to identify expansion opportunities and support the new account sales cycle through technical workshops and proof of concept development.
Additional tasks include creating examples for customer understanding, maintaining guides and learning modules, developing plugins for integrations, and representing client requests to the internal product team.
The role also involves working with Support Engineering to resolve customer challenges and supporting marketing and product research teams in connecting with customers for events and webinars.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in a software development role.
Advanced experience with at least one of the following frameworks is required: React, Vue, Angular, or Astro.
Familiarity with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations is necessary.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Proven experience in developing solutions with customers is required.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills are necessary, along with a structured approach and strong attention to detail.
Bonus points for experience in a B2B customer-facing role, such as consulting or account management, and for having used Sanity in production.
