Description:

Sanity.io is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to work remotely in the United States or Canada.
The role involves ensuring enterprise customers are successful and satisfied with Sanity's content operating system.
Responsibilities include leading customized onboarding workshops, developing relationships with technical and product stakeholders, and meeting regularly with customers to demonstrate new features.
The Senior Solution Architect will collaborate with account managers to identify expansion opportunities and support the sales cycle through technical workshops and proof of concept development.
The position requires creating examples to help customers understand concepts, maintaining guides and learning modules, and developing plugins for common integrations.
The role also involves representing client requests to the internal product team and collaborating with Support Engineering to resolve customer challenges.
Additionally, the Senior Solution Architect will support marketing and product research teams in connecting with customers and planning events and webinars.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in a software development role.
Advanced experience with at least one of the following frameworks: React, Vue, Angular, or Astro is required.
Familiarity with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations is necessary.
Experience in implementing headless CMS or headless ecommerce, or as a Solution Engineer or Solution Architect at a developer-focused SaaS is required.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Proven experience in developing solutions with customers is necessary.
Candidates should possess problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills are required, along with a strong attention to detail.
Bonus points for experience in a B2B customer-facing role, such as consulting or account management, and for having used Sanity in production.
