Description:
- The Senior Solution Architect will provide technical guidance to customers in core, edge, and cloud networking solutions for cloud providers, telecom service providers, as well as large enterprises.
- They will understand customer problems and translate them into Arrcus solutions while becoming a trusted advisor.
- Responsibilities include executing in-depth proof of concept (POC) of Arrcus solutions, staying current on the networking industry, authoring white papers, conducting training sessions for customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- The role involves working closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Quality Assurance to drive customer success.
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in networking and 3 years in similar roles.
- Excellent technical foundation with routing and switching technologies like TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN, SRv6.
- Familiarity with protocol analysis and traffic generation tools, cloud networking concepts, and NetOps experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, networking certifications (CCIE, JNCIE) are preferred.
