Description:
Simon Data is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to integrate and onboard new customers and provide product expertise to the Customer Success team.
The role involves conducting technical discovery, managing technical stakeholders, and making architectural recommendations.

Responsibilities include managing multiple client onboardings, implementing process improvements, and anticipating risks to tasks.
The Solutions Architect will work with customer marketing, product, and engineering teams to advise on integrating Simon into their marketing and data stack.
The position requires diagnosing challenges faced by CMOs, CTOs, and VP-level leaders at large and high-growth companies.
Collaboration with sales, client solutions, engineering, and product teams is essential to shape product vision and deployment strategy.
The role also involves conveying customer feedback to the product and engineering teams.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or SaaS implementation.
The ability to support junior associates in their daily tasks is required.
Prior lead or management experience is a plus.
Strong business acumen and the ability to strategically partner with clients are necessary.
Knowledge of complex data models and the ability to map business needs to technical needs is essential.
SQL expertise or proficiency in similar programming languages is required.
A deep understanding of APIs, web/mobile SDKs, and related technologies is necessary.
Candidates should be results-oriented strategic thinkers who thrive in unstructured and fast-paced environments.
Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills are important.
Superior emotional intelligence and communication skills are required.
The ability to quickly absorb and comprehend the evolving landscape of data and marketing technology is a plus.
Candidates must be able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Superior presentation skills and the ability to think on one's feet are essential.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field is preferred.
