Description:
The Senior Solutions Architect will work within the Go-To-Market team to drive new business and successfully launch customers across financial services verticals.
As a consultative product expert, the architect will help clients unlock business value while collaborating with pre-sales, post-sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer journey.
The role involves engaging with a U.S. customer base of large financial institutions, as well as key global customers in Singapore, the U.K., the UAE, and beyond.
Technical expertise in HTML, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, server-side development, and Enterprise IT is essential for demonstrating the value of Nova Credit's platform to customers and prospects.
This is a full-time role reporting to the Director of Solutions Architecture, with the option for fully remote candidates based on the U.S. East Coast.
Within the first month, the architect will establish a technical and strategic understanding of Nova Creditβs implementation operations, learn the go-to-market motion, and run initial client meetings.
Within the first quarter, the architect will partner with Account Executives and Engagement Managers to advance the technical dimensions of pre-sales and post-sales processes, shape technical decisions for customer integrations, and launch or close the first mid-market customer engagement.
Within the first year, the architect will close and launch critical enterprise customers both domestically and internationally, scale the Solutions Architecture function, and work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to prioritize roadmap features.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in customer-facing pre or post-sales roles, ideally in financial services, credit, or a related industry is required.
Experience in Enterprise IT and proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and a server-side language (e.g., Python, C#, PHP) is mandatory.
Proven experience in Enterprise IT solutions and implementations is essential.
Candidates must demonstrate intellectual curiosity, drive, and coachability to help Nova Credit's partners unlock the platform's value.
Benefits:
The compensation range for this position is $163,800 - $200,000 a year, dependent on individual experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications.
The role is also eligible for incentive compensation and/or commission-based earnings.
