Description:

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect – Identity and Access Management to join our team as a full-time, permanent member.
This individual will bring over 15 years of experience in the identity domain and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
The role involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of IAM solutions across diverse ecosystems.
This is a senior-level position requiring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with a wide range of identity platforms and tools.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges while shaping the future of identity solutions for our clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, including system design, architecture, and implementation.
Proven experience with diverse IAM platforms, tools, and protocols, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based identity solutions and their integration with on-premises systems.
Expertise in identity governance, privileged access management (PAM), and directory services.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Consultant, Ping Identity Certified Specialist).
