Remote Senior Solutions Architect - Identity

Description:

• Cyderes is a full life-cycle cybersecurity services provider specializing in managed security services, identity and access management, and professional services.
• The company operates globally with centers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and India.
• The Senior Solutions Architect will focus on Identity services and will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical expertise and support to the sales team.
• Key responsibilities include partnering with sales executives to identify opportunities, delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations, and responding to technical inquiries from clients.
• The role involves collaborating with internal teams to improve solutions and staying updated on the latest Identity trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role specifically in the Identity space.
• A strong understanding of Identity concepts, including authentication, authorization, identity governance, and access management, is essential.
• Familiarity with Identity technologies such as single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and directory services is necessary.
• Experience with cloud-based Identity solutions like Azure AD, AWS IAM, or Okta is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important.
• Experience with SailPoint or CyberArk is preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP or similar are preferred.
