Description:
The Post-Sales Solutions Architect role involves working with the Delivery Services organization to ensure the delivery of solutions to customers within the product's functional and technical constraints.
The primary facilitator of Architecture & Design workshops will drive successful and streamlined implementations for external customers.
The role requires taking ownership of requests within the custom work stream and driving relentless process improvement with support from the leadership team.
The Solutions Architect will contribute to the development of Statement of Work, Change Requests, and System Architecture documentation for customers in the post-sales stream.
Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements and system specifications to provide strategic expertise to both internal and external customers.
The role involves solving complex system and technological problems while ensuring specifications align with the business's scalability and efficiency pillars.
Collaboration with the Project Management team is essential to ensure proposed delivery schedules are achievable.
The Solutions Architect will serve as a key point of escalation for complex Deputy builds to support customers.
Risk assessment and evaluation of proposed system architecture and design specifications are required as needed.
Participation in the RFP process includes leading minor bids and supporting major bids, driving content development, revisions, and final submission.
The role may require acting as a subject matter expert across the business as directed.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, including the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into practical applications and operational solutions.
A high level of technical literacy is required to assist with the evaluation, design, and documentation of technical solutions.
Proficiency in risk management, analysis, and mitigation is necessary to proactively identify areas of concern prior to commitment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit the appropriate audience.
Demonstrated ability to produce reports, analysis, business requirements, functional specification documents, and other communications is essential.
Effective facilitation skills are necessary to facilitate group discussions.
Benefits:
The pay range for this position is between $98,000 and $139,000 per year, depending on various factors such as market conditions, experience, and skills.
For candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, the pay range is $122,000 to $139,000.
For candidates located outside the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, the pay range is $98,000 to $113,000.
The pay range does not include potential incentive programs, such as individual or organizational performance bonuses.
