Description:
Jobgether is seeking a dynamic Senior Solutions Architect to work remotely in the United States.
The role involves partnering with global enterprise clients to design tailored, high-impact SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities include driving seamless deployment and integration experiences and serving as the go-to technical expert for strategic accounts.
The Senior Solutions Architect will collaborate cross-functionally to identify challenges, mitigate risks, and translate complex needs into actionable architecture.
Key accountabilities include architecting and delivering end-to-end SaaS solutions, serving as a technical advisor during pre-sales conversations, and authoring detailed Statements of Work (SOWs).
The position requires leading complex deployments from kickoff through go-live, guiding clients through configuration, testing, and training.
The role also involves identifying technical risks and coordinating cross-functional mitigation plans, as well as collaborating with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and influence roadmap development.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in SaaS professional services or technical consulting.
A proven background in leading global enterprise software implementations is required.
A strong foundation in computer science, engineering, or equivalent technical experience is necessary.
Expertise in Web Services (REST/SOAP), network architecture, and cloud infrastructure is essential.
Familiarity with CCaaS solutions, Salesforce, and modern CRMs is preferred.
The ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders is crucial.
Candidates should be resourceful, customer-obsessed, solutions-oriented, and demonstrate strong accountability and adaptability.
