Description:

Fieldguide is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant, AI, to work with enterprise CPA firms in automating and streamlining audit processes within cybersecurity, privacy, and ESG.
The role involves engaging with clients to understand their workflows, identifying opportunities for AI implementation, developing AI-driven prompts, and leading training sessions for clients.
The Senior Solutions Consultant will collaborate with clients to review and optimize AI Actions, establish metrics to measure AI impact, and standardize processes for AI solution deployment.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of standardized processes and methodologies for future AI Solutions endeavors.

Must have at least 4+ years of experience in audit and advisory services at a public accounting firm.
Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and automation, with 4+ years of experience in AI vertical SaaS solutions.
Proven experience in consulting, project management, or a related field, focusing on technology-driven solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex client requirements into practical AI solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
Experience in developing and delivering training sessions or workshops is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
