The Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as the primary solution lead with customers and prospects, particularly enterprise CPA firms.
This role is highly visible and involves facilitating product demonstrations, conveying the value proposition, and advising customers on best practices.
Responsibilities include partnering with Account Executives, managing customer engagements, and contributing to the sales process.
The position requires understanding customer needs, presenting the product effectively, and managing objections.
The Senior Solutions Engineer will also collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure successful onboarding and address technical challenges.
The role involves providing insights to product management and creating content and training for the team.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on customer-facing enterprise solutions engineering experience with a track record of influencing SaaS deals.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial audit or advisory services at a public accounting firm is required.
Experience presenting product demonstrations to C-suite executives is essential.
Candidates should be intrinsically motivated to exceed goals and possess excellent speaking and presentation skills.
Familiarity with sales processes and at least one leading CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) is necessary.
Team players who are mission-first and can work collaboratively in a trusted environment are preferred.
Preferred qualifications include industry knowledge of assurance and advisory services, particularly in cybersecurity or regulatory standards.
