Description:

The Senior Solutions Engineer position at Docsumo is a full-time remote role focused on providing technical expertise through solution designs, demonstrations, and proof of concepts using various mediums such as in-person and virtual presentations.
The role requires catering to customer requirements and providing support assistance when needed.
Responsibilities include delivering customer demos, assisting with customer onboarding, and designing solutions based on customer needs while being flexible and capable of working on multiple solutions.
The engineer will work cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering teams to address internal challenges and improve reporting processes.
Maintaining accurate account details and contact information in the CRM is essential.
Collaboration with the Customer Success and Sales teams is necessary to ensure all demos and onboarding setups are effectively managed.
The position requires a research and development mindset to create innovative solutions and workflows.
Work timings are from 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in SaaS or IT, is required.
Candidates must hold a full-time degree in an Engineering discipline.
Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python, is essential.
A good understanding of REST APIs and experience in making API calls is required.
Familiarity with tools such as POSTMAN, integration tools like Zapier, and other middleware is necessary.
