Description:
Redox is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their Remote Customer Success Organization in a full-time capacity.
The role involves being a technical, pre-sales product expert who guides prospective customers towards success with the Redox platform.
Solutions Engineers will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to build confidence in the platform and its value.
Responsibilities include building trusting relationships with prospective customers, acting as a technical partner, and designing integration strategies for various healthcare use cases.
The position requires understanding integration capabilities within the healthcare software industry and identifying development requirements for the Redox platform.
Solutions Engineers will also communicate professional service requirements to ensure effective handoffs to the Customer Success team and provide feedback to the product team.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology.
A minimum of 5+ years of robust EHR integration and workflow knowledge is required.
At least 3+ years of experience working with Payer and/or Healthcare organizations is necessary.
Applicants should have a functional understanding of data standards such as HL7v2, CDA, X12, and FHIR.
Demonstrated experience in selling or expanding the usage of software solutions in the healthcare industry is essential.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to convey complex data-related concepts persuasively and concisely.
Candidates should be deeply curious, cooperative, and eager to take action.
