Description:
The Solutions Engineering team at Grafana Labs is responsible for educating potential and existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and success.
Solutions Engineers act as customer-facing product experts, sharing technical and product expertise through demos, hands-on enablement, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing interactions.
They collaborate closely with the Sales team to qualify and close opportunities, serving as a communication bridge between customers and the Product Management and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities include articulating the Grafana value proposition, owning technical engagements, delivering product presentations, communicating feedback on products, driving product conversations, and enhancing documentation and enablement materials.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
The role requires openness to various and complex assignments, necessitating strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
First-class written and oral communication skills are essential for collaboration with remote teams and worldwide customers.
Candidates should possess a passion for solving technical challenges and a desire to provide creative solutions to customers.
A technical mindset and a commitment to personal technical growth are required.

Benefits:
The OTE compensation range for this role in Singapore is SGD 215,000 - SGD 250,000, with actual compensation varying based on level, experience, and skillset.
