Description:

• ClickUp is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a technical partner for the Sales and Success teams, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• The role involves delivering technical presentations to explain products and integrations to prospective and current clients.
• Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, facilitating data migrations, and implementing custom solutions using automations.
• The engineer will design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects.
• Building custom reports and dynamic dashboards for clients' management teams is also a key task.
• The position requires assisting with the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
• Staying updated on new feature releases and maintaining demo spaces for sales is essential.
• The role will primarily work with clients in the Eastern Timezone.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 6+ years in a customer-facing role with technology, ideally in pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or sales enablement.
• A minimum of 2+ years of demonstrable success working with enterprise clients is required.
• An understanding of application deployment processes for successful Cloud transformation and change management is necessary.
• Strong customer-facing skills are essential, including the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
• The ideal candidate should be a creative problem solver with a willingness to learn new technologies and possess a sufficient technical background for lightweight custom solutions.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms (such as Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs is required.
