Description:
ClickUp is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a technical partner for the Sales and Success teams, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
The role involves delivering technical presentations to explain products and integrations to prospective and current clients.
Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, facilitating data migrations, and implementing custom solutions using automations.
The engineer will design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects.
Building custom reports and dynamic dashboards for clients' management teams is also a key task.
The position requires assisting with the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
Staying updated on new feature releases and maintaining demo spaces for sales is essential.
The role will primarily work with clients in the Eastern Timezone.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 6+ years in a customer-facing role with technology, ideally in pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or sales enablement.
A minimum of 2+ years of demonstrable success working with enterprise clients is required.
An understanding of application deployment processes for successful Cloud transformation and change management is necessary.
Strong customer-facing skills are essential, including the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
The ideal candidate should be a creative problem solver with a willingness to learn new technologies and possess a sufficient technical background for lightweight custom solutions.
Hands-on experience with integration platforms (such as Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs is required.
