Description:
ClickUp is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical partner to the Sales and Success teams.
The role involves delivering technical presentations that explain products and integrations to prospective and current clients.
Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, facilitating data migrations, and implementing custom solutions using automations.
The engineer will design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects.
Building custom reports and dynamic dashboards for clients' management teams is also part of the job.
The engineer will assist with the functional and technical elements of RFPs and stay current on new feature releases.
Maintaining updated demo spaces for sales is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 6+ years in a customer-facing role with technology, ideally in pre-sales or equivalent consulting, implementation, or sales enablement experience.
A minimum of 2+ years of demonstrable success working with commercial clients is required.
A Bachelor of Science in a technical field is preferred, with a completion of a 4-year degree required.
A Master's degree or other advanced degree is preferred.
Additional relevant professional certifications such as PMP or CSM are preferred.
Candidates should understand application deployment processes that enable successful Cloud transformation and change management.
Strong customer-facing skills are necessary, including the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
A creative problem solver with a willingness to learn new technologies and a sufficient technical background for lightweight custom solutions is essential.
Hands-on experience with integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs is required.
