Remote Senior Solutions Engineer

Description:

• ClickUp is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical partner to the Sales and Success teams.
• The role involves delivering technical presentations that explain products and integrations to prospective and current clients.
• Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, facilitating data migrations, and implementing custom solutions using automations.
• The engineer will design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects.
• Building custom reports and dynamic dashboards for clients' management teams is also part of the job.
• The engineer will assist with the functional and technical elements of RFPs and stay current on new feature releases.
• Maintaining updated demo spaces for sales is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 6+ years in a customer-facing role with technology, ideally in pre-sales or equivalent consulting, implementation, or sales enablement experience.
• A minimum of 2+ years of demonstrable success working with commercial clients is required.
• A Bachelor of Science in a technical field is preferred, with a completion of a 4-year degree required.
• A Master's degree or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Additional relevant professional certifications such as PMP or CSM are preferred.
• Candidates should understand application deployment processes that enable successful Cloud transformation and change management.
• Strong customer-facing skills are necessary, including the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
• A creative problem solver with a willingness to learn new technologies and a sufficient technical background for lightweight custom solutions is essential.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs is required.
