Remote Senior Solutions Engineer - Data Insights

Description:

• The Senior Solutions Engineer at Motive works closely with customers to create custom reports on Tableau, develop data pipelines in Snowflake, and offer Best Practices for utilizing the Motive platform.
• They collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand data requirements and build customized reports using tools like Python, Snowflake, Airflow, and Kibana.
• During customer trials, they assist potential customers in extracting insights from Motive's data lake to address their specific queries.
• The role involves sharing best practices with internal stakeholders, participating in QA, code reviews, and process enhancements.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in engineering/consulting with databases and reporting.
• They should possess at least 4 years of experience in data analysis/data science.
• Proficiency in software development tools and methodologies is required.
• Experience in data architecting and operating solutions on enterprise SaaS or public cloud platforms like Snowflake, Airflow, and Kibana is essential.
• A technical degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a Math background is preferred.
