Remote Senior Solutions Engineer - Data Insights

Description:

• The Senior Solutions Engineer at Motive works closely with customers to create custom reports on Tableau, develop data pipelines in Snowflake, and offer Best Practices for using the Motive platform.
• They collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand data requirements and build customized reports using tools like Python, Snowflake, Airflow, and Kibana.
• During customer trials, they assist in analyzing data to provide insights and share best practices with internal stakeholders.
• The role involves participating in QA, code reviews, and process improvements to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in engineering/consulting with databases and reporting.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis/data science.
• Proficiency in software development tools and methodologies.
• Experience in data architecting and operating solutions on enterprise SaaS or public cloud platforms like Snowflake, Airflow, and Kibana.
• A technical degree is preferred, with a background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Math.
