Remote Senior Solutions Engineer

• Interface.ai is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team.

• The role involves understanding the technical features of products and services, being a product expert in sales engagements, and providing technical competitive differentiation.
• Responsibilities include partnering with the sales team in business development activities, working on RFPs and RFIs, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders.
• The position also entails documenting client expectations, solutions sold, and facilitating handovers to delivery after successful sales.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of total technical experience, with at least 3+ years in Sales Engineering.
• They must be self-motivated, quick learners, and passionate about AI in the banking sector.
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment and outstanding problem-solving abilities are required.
• A background in computer science is mandatory, and experience selling Enterprise Software, especially to Financial Services, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, the ability to engage with CXO level executives, and adeptness at explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences are essential.
• Candidates should be adaptable, willing to be part of ambitious growth plans, and comfortable with small talk.

Benefits:

• The position offers On-Target-Earnings between $180,000 - $210,000 (Base + Commissions).
