Description:

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for the Eastern States, working remotely.
The role involves owning the technical sales of Cloudflare's solution portfolio, ensuring business value and solution design for customers.
The Solutions Engineer will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical presentations and demos, running proof of concept trials, and building relationships with customer accounts.
The position requires identifying customer initiatives and mapping them to Cloudflare solutions, leading demo activities, and creating professional content to share knowledge.
The Solutions Engineer will represent Cloudflare at various industry events and apply in-depth vertical knowledge to advise on best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a customer-facing technical role related to CDN, Security, Networking, or SaaS.
Strong communication, written, and presentation skills are essential.
The ability to manage multiple projects and activities concurrently is required.
Candidates should be highly driven, curious, team players, and work with a sense of urgency.
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience is necessary.
Desirable skills include understanding customer network/application architectures, application/network security, SaaS environments, and VPN challenges.
Experience interacting with senior executives and knowledge of competitive CDN and internet security technologies is preferred.
